We are committed to minimising our impact on the environment. Every year at Sprinters we look at the way we affect the environment and how we can reduce waste when supplying print for our customers.
We are continually monitoring and improving our environmental procedures, most recently by updating our machines so that they are compliant with IPA-free substances, investing in process-less and plate-less machinery and of course, our carbon neutral electric car.
You many have seen our NICE (No Internal Combustion Engine) electric car zipping round London. This car has been very popular and is great for meeting clients and dropping off proofs.
ISO 14001 Accreditation
In February 2007, Sprinters achieved ISO 14001, the International Environmental Management System Certification. This rigorous accreditation exists to help organisations minimise how their operations negatively affect the environment. We are examined every year by our accreditors.
FSC, PEFC & Recycled Printing
We hold a variety of FSC, PEFC and recycled stock and can advise you which papers will best suit your requirements. We are currently in the process of gaining FSC & PEFC printing status.
Environmental Policy
We have issued a report into our environmental policies giving you insight into not only our environmental procedures but also our operational running.
